Ms. D’Alessandro joined Pesner Kawamoto in 2012 and gained extensive experience litigating civil and real estate matters in circuit and general district courts throughout Northern Virginia. In 2015, Ms. D’Alessandro joined the real estate transactional department at the Firm and continued a limited litigation practice servicing a County housing agency. Ms. D’Alessandro’s practice is focused on residential real estate settlements, where she serves as the manager of the department, and she has honed her skills in real estate contracting, settlement processes, title issues, deeds, easements and settlement agreements. In addition, she has been actively involved in the Firm’s estate planning/administration department and has experience drafting various estate planning documents including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Deeds.

Prior to joining Pesner Kawamoto, Ms. D’Alessandro served for two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David S. Schell of the Fairfax Circuit Court. She has resided in Northern Virginia for more than 25 years and currently resides in Reston.
